Confirmation of regular rounds

Dear Courier,

On the 16th January 2024 we shared with you some changes to how cover work would be paid from 27th January 2024. This change means that all couriers will earn a rate that is specific to the round being covered, which will be the same for all couriers to ensure consistency and fairness for all couriers within a Delivery Unit. This change does not impact the rates which you are paid for services on your regular rounds.

Since we issued this communication we have received a number of queries from couriers asking for clarification of what Evri considers to be regular rounds and we are contacting you today to explain this more.

Evri will deem you to be the regular courier on a round if you have provided service on that round on the same day in at least 4 out of the last 6 weeks. For clarity, please see the table below where we have detailed what rounds you are currently considered to be a regular courier and what rate currently applies to the deliveries and collections you do on round. Please note that if you usually service a round for part of the week, but occasionally choose to provide cover for additional days, the additional days will always be paid at the same rate as your regular days.

TABLE REDACTED

We understand that sometimes there are scenarios where a courier should be a regular courier but they have not worked 4 out of the last 6 weeks due to illness or needing to have time off for other reasons. If you think that the above table is not accurate, please contact Evri using the General Enquiries option on the Courier Community App.
